چکیده
Research interest into the exposure of plants to magnetic fields (MF), including electromagnetic (EMF), has increased recently but results often vary depending on factors such as plant species and treatment dose. In this study, we exposed young (one year) old (four years) field bean (Vicia faba L. (partim)) seeds EMF (50 Hz, 7 mT) observed seed germination seedling growth under different conditions (growth media light). The indicated a stimulation by early root Petri dish-sown in continuous darkness inhibition pot-sown long-day conditions. Root two-week-old seedlings from was stimulated while their stem inhibited. Some selected biochemical traits were examined, showing specific changes membrane integrity, amylase activity, H2O2 levels, photosynthetic pigments, content main groups phytohormones, age. indicate that priming with could be eustress factor influences germination, growth, cellular activities positively influence ability grow develop more stressful at later stages.

Trypsin inhibitor activity in the field bean (Vicia faba L.).
Wilson and McNab' reported an increase in live-weight and a reduction in pancreas size of chicks when field beans (Viciu fabu L.) were autoclaved at 120 "C for 30 min. Such effects may be due to the presence in the raw field bean of a trypsin inhibitor analogous to those found in the soyabean and other legumes. Information on the presence of trypsin inhibitors in the field bean and on growth of...

Extended Abstract Introduction: Pulses are among the best sources of plant protein and important components of crop rotation, which in recent years, have been considered one of the major options for plant research. Seed storage is one of the important traits in legume breeding. Storage temperature, seed moisture content, and storage duration are the most important factors affecting seed qualit...

The protein subunit is the most important basic unit of protein, and its study can unravel the structure and function of seed storage proteins in faba bean. In this study, we identified six specific protein subunits in Faba bean (cv. Qinghai 13) combining liquid chromatography (LC), liquid chromatography-electronic spray ionization mass (LC-ESI-MS/MS) and bio-information technology. The results...

1. Weanling rats were fed on purified-casein diets containing active and inactive (autoclaved) field bean (Vicia faba L.) proteinase inhibitors (PI) at levels of 1.25, 2.5, 5.0 and 10 g/kg. Diets containing raw- and autoclaved-field-bean meal (FBM) were also given. The body-weight gain, protein efficiency ratio (PER); i.e. the ratio of the live weight gain in g/g of protein consumed and apparen...
متن کاملSeed priming with Electromagnetic Field Improved Growth, Nutrition, And Metabolism of Salvia nemorosa L.
In this study, the efficiencies of seed priming with electromagnetic field (0, 2, 4, and 6 mT; 30 minutes daily for 3 days) were investigated in Salvia nemorosa. The exposure to electromagnetic filed led to significant increases in biomass accumulation (mean=53.6 %). Electromagnetic filed treatments significantly increased K, Ca, Mg, and Fe contents in leaves by mean 39.5 %. The electromagnetic...
